How to Commission
Uncle Jeff Enterprises has been commissioned to produce pottery for individual customers. I am delighted by the compliment and happy to see that there is a market for these individualized pieces. If you are interested in commissioning a custom-made piece of art, please see the process I have listed:
1. Send me an e-mail at [email protected] or go to the Contact Us page on this website.
2. Describe as fully as possible what you would like: design, size, color, etc. For ideas, you may wish to go to the ""Browse by Category" pages on this website using the tab on top.
3. When I receive your request, I will e-mail you back letting you know approximately when I can have it made and ready for you (usually 6 to 8 weeks) and the price. If you agree to have me begin, please confirm by return e-mail.
4. After the piece is made, I will send you a picture of it and you can decide if you want to complete the purchase. If it is not what you wanted, you are under no obligation to buy it. I will also let you know what it costs to ship the piece to you, if that is how you want it delivered, and that shipping cost will be added to the price.
5. After you receive the piece you can mail a check (made out to Jeffrey Ratnofsky) or cash to the address we will provide.
